Implement TLS certificate expiry collection for website targets. Store days-until-expiry as a metric/check result and support warning/critical thresholds. Add UI fields for TLS expiry alert days.

Implemented in commit 3b75075 as optional TLS certificate expiry checks for HTTPS website monitors. Verified in Docker during the OrbitalWard rename work.
